Power, AC & Elevators operational

September 17, 2017

There were some challenges in bringing the HVACs back online, and most were restored without a hitch, however, a few remain that our contractor will address. Remember to have someone from your company to do a walk-thru of your facility, and report all issues to the office via email.

09/15/2017: Restoration Complete

The power has been restored to all buildings! Please allow the timely process of the 3-phase power supply restoration as well. Please email all issues/concerns that you have for your building, to, rather than calling individually, so that we are able to better coordinate work orders. Thank you for your patience.

09/14/2017: Assessment Update:

The Jacksonville Electric Authority, (JEA), has assessed the power outages throughout the Midtown property, and determined that all 15 building outages, (including 2 vacant buildings), resulted from downed power lines at the corner of Art Museum and Boulevard Center Drives, during the named storm, Hurricane Irma. Crews are scheduled to make repairs as early as Friday, September 15th. All affected businesses will be contacted once power has been restored and confirmation received from JEA. On behalf of the Midtown Centre Office Park and JEA, we sincerely apologize for the unavoidable outage and the inconvenience that it caused to your staff and business.

09/13/2017: Power Restoration List :

As of September 13th at Noon, JEA has added no additional buildings to the list for restored power. We apologize for this inconvenience. They have assured us that they are working to restore the power as soon as possible, although we may not see any trucks on the property.

Only the following buildings have full power:
